Native wheat starch with maximally 20 mg/kg of gluten. Gluten-Free Wheat Starch is a purely natural product which is used mainly in the food industry where it is used to manufacture products for a gluten-free diet and coeliac disease patients.

Other information:

Gluten-Free Wheat Starch is packed in 25g bags, 1000kg big bags, or it can be transported in a tank. This starch may also be used to produce gluten-free starch, thermally or chemically modified, cold- and hot-soluble. Its use is also in the manufacture of products for people with coeliac disease.
